What a letterbox drop costs in Sydney

Why more flyers cost less each
Setting up the print run and getting your flyers to the distributor cost much the same for 2,000 flyers as for 20,000. Spread over more flyers, they cost less each: A$195 per 1,000 at 2,000, A$99 per 1,000 at 20,000.
Max prices
Priced by your streets
Max goes out on its own, carried by one walker who covers the streets you pick, with a GPS track of the walk as proof. You pay for the walk, so the price follows the streets: tightly packed houses cost less per flyer than long streets with few letterboxes.

Compared with Australia Post
Australia Post's Unaddressed Mail service delivers flyers with the mail from A$0.405 a letterbox, including GST (Post Charges Guide, 1 September 2026). That covers delivery only: you design, print and bring the flyers yourself.
For 5,000 flyers, Australia Post's delivery alone comes to A$2,025. A Saver drop of 5,000 is A$670 with the design and printing included.
The difference in what you get: Australia Post delivers your flyer with the mail, and reaches anywhere it delivers in Australia. Saver delivers it with other flyers, in Sydney.

Is there GST on top?
No. We're not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Are there any extra costs?
No. The price covers your flyer's design, printing, the trip from the printer to the distributor, and delivery.
When do I pay?
When you order, by card. You can get a full refund until your flyers go to print.
Why does Max cost more?
Your flyer goes out on its own instead of with others, and you pay for a walker's time on your streets. You get a GPS track of the walk as proof.
Can I order a different size, or more flyers?
Not yet. Every order is a DL flyer (99 × 210 mm), from 2,000 to 20,000. For anything else, email hello@flyerdash.com.au.
