This page explains what we collect when you use flyerdash.com.au and what we do with it. Questions? Email hello@flyerdash.com.au.

What we collect

• Your business details: name, address, phone, licence number and trade, from your Google listing or what you type in.
• Your flyer, the area and week you choose, and your order.
• Your email and mobile, so we can send your receipt and updates.
• When someone scans the QR code on your flyer, the time of the scan. We don't record who they are.

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.

How we use it

To make, print and deliver your flyers, send you updates by email and text, and show your results. We don't sell your details.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us do the job: our printer and delivery partners, Stripe for payments, and the services we use for hosting, maps, email and text messages. Each gets only what it needs. Some of them store data outside Australia, for example in the United States.

Messages from us

If we texted your business about FlyerDash, we used the phone number your business publishes. Reply STOP, or email us, and we won't contact you again.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember, for a day, that you passed the check that you're a person. We count visits without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing hello@flyerdash.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we handled them, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
