These terms cover any order you place on flyerdash.com.au. When you pay, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@flyerdash.com.au.

What you get

We print your flyer and deliver the number of flyers you paid for, in the area and week you chose. Saver flyers go out with other flyers, suburb by suburb. Max flyers are delivered on their own by a walker, with a GPS track as proof.

We skip letterboxes marked No junk mail. Your area grows to make up for them, so you still get every flyer you paid for.

Your flyer

You're responsible for what your flyer says. It must be true, and you must have the right to use the name, photos and licence number on it.

If your flyer breaks the law or uses something you had no right to use, you cover the costs that causes us.

We check every flyer by hand before it's printed. If something needs to change, we'll email you. If we can't print it, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery dates

Your flyers go out during the week you chose. If bad weather or a delivery partner holds them up, we'll tell you and deliver as soon as we can.

Estimates and results

The potential customers and revenue you see when you order are industry averages. They're a guide, not a promise of what your flyers will bring. Your results page counts the QR codes scanned on your flyers.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. You pay by card when you order.

Refunds

Changed your mind? We refund in full until your flyers go to print. After that, printing and delivery are paid for, so we can't refund a change of mind.

If we get something wrong, like a printing mistake or flyers that weren't delivered, we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to your order. These terms follow the law of New South Wales.
